JACK BANKS

Wesley E. Cook DNP

Dr. Wesley E. Cook is a board-certified nurse practitioner who specializes in clinical aesthetics and frail geriatric care. In addition to Refine, he also operates a robust home-based geriatrics practice, District Primary Care. Because clinical aesthetics requires artistry and scientific precision, Dr. Cook approaches his practice methodically to ensure results that are natural and effective. He offers a full array of evidence-based, nonsurgical cosmetic procedures for the face, décolletage, and hands in the comfort of your own home.

Bringing a decade of plastic surgical experience to his practice, Dr. Cook has practiced in both reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery. He studied surgical theory, cosmetic injectables, and cosmetic dermatology with industry experts like Dr. Csaba Magassy and Sarah Safa and completed a plastic surgical rotation with Dr. Bruce Freedman during his formal NP training. While he enjoys all aspects of clinical aesthetics, he is especially interested in volumetric enhancement of the face using dermal fillers.

In his spare time, he enjoys nonfiction, independent film, exploring Washington’s performing arts scene with his friends, and spending time with his goddaughter. He lives on Capitol Hill and loves calling Washington home.
